A Whole 'Nother Country

Scientists in Texas have recently cloned a cat. We can all breathe easier now knowing that science has found a cure for the perils of cat underpopulation.

The product of the Texas experiment is a cute little kitten named cc. (If she'd been born with vision problems, would she have been bcc?)

cc

cc looks nothing like her donor-mom, Rainbow, but we'll just have to trust that she is indeed a clone and that those good old Texas scientists aren't pulling one over on us.

Rainbow

Rainbow is a calico stray, much like that other Rainbow, Odin's mom.

Odin's mom, rainbow

Hmmm.... Coincidence? Or are the two Rainbows really one and the same cat? Is Odin also the result of genetic experimentation? If so, was he cloned for the sake of science, or perhaps as part of some more nefarious scheme? Is Texas creating an army of cat clones that they can use in their never-ending battle for independence and world domination?
